I’m Carissa, owner of Mane Theory Hair Studio with 8 incredible years behind the chair specializing in precision haircuts, special occasion and bridal styling, hair extensions, and transformative smoothing treatments. Here, it’s about building relationships, sharing laughter, and creating memories that last long after you leave my chair. My passion project embodies a warmly intimate atmosphere. The vibe is luxe yet laid-back and down-to-earth… come as you are. My goal is to create a space that is intentionally undone, with a focus on timeless looks that exude a sense of personality and soul. CANCELLATION POLICY
We appreciate your business and value your time. To ensure that we can accommodate all of our clients' needs, we have the following cancellation policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to adjust our schedule and accommodate other clients. For same-day cancellations or rescheduling, we charge 50% of the service fee. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter. If you are unable to keep your appointment and do not notify us, we will charge 75% of the service fee. In the future, we will require a deposit to secure your appointment. NOTE: Any deposits made will be forfeited for appointments where cancellation policy is enforced. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
